Zoning Ordinance to add separate section for Parcel (Lot) Split (Chapter 5-517, and 21 Definitions), Renumbering of Sections and Subsections, update Utah State Code & County Recorder Requirements – For discussion and public hearing (§10-9a-602) at October meeting. Subdivision Ordinances Amendments to add Parcel (Lot) Split (Section 800-4), Renumbering of Sections and Subsections, update Utah State Code and County Recorder Requirements and County Subdivision Language – For discussion (Sections 100, 400, 500, 600, 700 and 800) and public hearing (§10-9a-602) at October P&Z meeting. Revised Parcel Joinder and Lot Line Adjustment and New Subdivision and Parcel Split Application/procedures; new Owners Consent for Parcel Split, Parcel Joinder, Lot Line Adjustment and Subdivision forms; new Lender’s Consent form; new BW Agreement/Subdivision-Planned Unit form; and new Zone Change form. (Jensen) F. Engineer/Surveyor Review for Plats – Research review and recommendation to Town Council to solicit bids for contracting with a county-based engineering/surveying firm for review of plats. Rates and Fees for Municipal Services – Discussion of county land use fees and develop recommendation to Town Council to increase fees for Big Water land uses, engineering/surveying fees and financial assurance for completion of required subdivision improvements.
